A nice comfy place to stay but not very warm, only one electric fire in the family room we were in & no central heating. Room was nice & clean but decor looking abit tired & skirting boards looking yellow. Bed was nice & comfy & had a good, undisturbed nights sleep. Although in the morning there was lots of noise above us. Sounded like a child running around! Staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Very welcoming. Not bad value for money. Would stay there again for a night or two.
Linked to a brewers fare for food , seem a very chaotic run pub, breakfast veru good evening meals , 5 out of 10.
Great stay the lady on reception was great The only let down was the room was so cold even leaving the heater on We will stay again as it's a great location and great value
You always get a good standard of cleanliness and comfy beds but the colleagues here make it. Everyone I met was so helpful genuine and friendly. Perfect location for easy access to the motorway and the business I was visiting. Breakfast was really good and the team were lovely Catherine was a credit to the brand she was always so welcoming
Stayed here with my mum and we were served by the lovely Freya who was very attentive and helpful. She was fantastic and really helped to make us feel welcome. Rooms are nice and cosy and also warm and there is a bath. Would definitely stay here again.
Just needed a place to stay and so this was handy. Very helpful staff. Hotel an older prem inn so a little tired but clean and all amenities.
Fabulous stay in a well positioned Premier Inn. We called in advance to request adjoining rooms and these were allocated quickly and efficiently. Check in was smooth, the rooms were absolutely spot on (clean and well equipped), and the breakfast in the next door brewers fayre was delicious and plentiful! It was an absolute treat to stay here, would definitely recommend.
We walked in and was immediately welcomed by smiling staff. Our room was clean, tidy and smelt quite fresh. Location was spot on for me and my family. We had great amenities next to us and was extremely quite at night time
